the thoughts!

Yesterday during women's cell, I shared about my thoughts about thoughts.

Paul writes,
"Finally, brothers and sisters,  whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things." (Philippians 4:8-9)

Whenever I read this, I think "sigggh" because my thought aren't about these things.
True thoughts? Noble thoughts? Right thoughts? Pure thoughts? Lovely thoughts? Admirable thoughts? Excellent thoughts? Praiseworthy thoughts? Nope. 

Thoughts can be deadly and poisonous; they can bring you to your own little world and when you entertain these thoughts, they keep growing your own desire. Like what if this situation occurred or if this happened or if I did this and when you're not focusing on Christ then it's not good. And by feeding your own desires and thoughts, your desire (not God's) grows more and this is sin (James 1:13-15). So I find my thoughts dangerous but it's not like God is going to leave me hanging, He warns me! And I need to pray that my thoughts be honourable to God! So yeah :P These are the thoughts!
