day 343.
helping my dad write up descriptions of feastrex for his upcoming show.
I did something really funny this day. As I was walking out of banana republic at markville mall, I accidentally bumped into someone's arm. The arm was very sturdy and tough, so when I bumped into it, I thought the man was built and I was really scared! Without thinking, I turned around, with my arms out (showing that I am very sorry) and said, "I am so sorry!". It was a mannequin. I stood there bewildered. A real lady behind the mannequin heard and saw the whole scene -___- and she stared at me as I walked out of the store confidently. Nah, I was laughing really hard. It was really funny.
day 344.
treated my parents for afternoon tea.
this morning, I accompanied my mom to my first ever mac warehouse sale at markham fairgrounds. It is actually interesting to watch ladies go crazy over make-up and other cosmetics :P I met a funny security guard. He was walking around the fairground, making sure everything is alright. We exchanged a funny glance and we started laughing :P I don't know why I laughed. But props to the men who were their with their wives and girlfriends! or for themselves! I have to say, I was pretty upset at some ladies - I overheard them talking and they were like buy! buy! buy! because it's so expensive in stores. But the masks that they were buying, one bottle is enough for 1-2 years! And they were stocking up on a lot! -___- I told them that they were wasting money and they looked at me as if I was insane. I felt as if I had a big-mouth (I probably do). Another thing that made me upset was how when I was lining up to leave, a lady suddenly ran up to the cashier and everyone was yelling how she needs to wait in line. story short, the cashier and the marker lady was wrong. The marker lady insisted that she did no wrong in telling the lady to go up to the cashier, but I told her that when she was marking the line number on our invitation cards she should have clarified that each line is to one cashier only, not two. And I said that with as little anger as possible. She then knew she was wrong so she didn't say anything, but I thanked her in the end for being patient with all the customers cause man, customers are a pain (especially if there's a sale involved). The hired police didn't do anything either...he proposed a bad plan to solve the issue too -____- but overall, the warehouse sale was definitely an eye-opener! I don't want to go again.
I'm really sad that I have to leave my home...I don't want to pack ><
