- Going without sleep for 24 hours or only getting 5 hours of sleep a night for a week, will make your brain function the same as if you were legally drunk. [quel interesting right?]
- if you fall asleep in 5 minutes or less, it is a sign that you are sleep deprived. The ideal is 10-15 minutes. [LOOOOL! this is me...I fall asleep in 5 minutes or less...]
