day 118. (sunday)
I went to the English service at my sister's church today. And Lesley was speaking :)
she spoke of the rich young man passage and that really, at this moment in time when Jesus was speaking to the young man (which can be thought as a priest or pharisee or one with power and well, rich), Jesus was looking at the heart of the matter; what the young man's idol was - his money money money. So Lesley reminded me that if I were to follow Jesus, I'd had to leave everything. my family. my friends. my life. It comes down to this: If God were to call you to serve elsewhere, the question is, will you leave everything and follow Him?
andy's PARTAAAY.
woooo. hahha. it was greaat! it was fuun. Though I have to admit, it was a tad awkward at first, but when everyone warmed up to each other it was great! I had a fun time roasting fishballs and marshmallows (chubby bunny!). I also learned a new game called Picture Word Picture! hahha, a funny game to play if you just wanna laugh out loud (LOL). All in all, I had an awesome time and the cake was yummy and it was just greaat. :)
