God's word is SURPRISING!!
How surprising can it be? quite.
the Bible points for this week is found in Acts. Acts 28:1-10. Today was about Paul surviving a bite from a poisonous snake. Paul and his crew landed on an island called Malta. And it said in the Bible that the people there showed Paul unusual kindness by welcoming them. What's surprising is the fact that a viper bit Paul and he just shook it off into the fire. It was a poisonous snake, known to kill anything that it bites (paralyzes and then dies and whatnot). But Paul didn't die, he was unharmed! Instead, Paul healed everyone on the island who had diseases. And I learned what dysentery is :) haha a new word! so PRAISE GOD! and that His word is surprising!! :)
