encouraged a friend today.

1 Timonthy 6:6-8,
Now there is great gain in godliness with contentment, for we brought nothing into the world, and we cannot take anything out of the world. But if we have food and clothing, with these we will be content.

It's funny, because we're so uptight about our own stress and life issues but it clearly says in the Bible that we should be content, content if we're blessed with this day, something to wear, a shelter over our heads, and warm food placed in front of us.

so how can you not be happy?
