what can i say?

It came down to the question of how you are going to live your life, knowing that maybe, within 24 months (2 years), every country in the world will have heard the gospel and the world will come to an end.

I mean, statistics show it: there are less than 200 nations who have not heard of Jesus as of right now. In less than 24 months, it is predicted that the good news will spread to all nations. OKAY. so what? what that means is that the end will come. Matthew 24:14 "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." Huh. Scary is it not? the thought that the world will end and that it is a matter of time before Jesus returns to the earth. What does that make you think? How does that make you feel? What does that make you want to do?

When jaeson ma said 24 months, I heard 24 months echo in my head. 24 months. What am i to do within 24 months? Realistically speaking, i will be working for almost one year. Am i to become a missionary in the workplace? How am I to live my life from now on? Is there even a need to study while I can go on missions and serve overseas? I feel that it was a calling for everyone entering the workplace. Forget about trying to work for the best companies, trying to earn the money, trying to ensure a stable future for yourself, there are people who do not know Christ! That is what is important at the moment! We are such fat cats! We are so lazy and have little faith in what God can do for Canada! We shouldn't grow weary and tired of completing the work Jesus told us to complete; instead, we should wake up and step up our game!! Look at Asia!! They continue to serve as missionaries even when they are persecuted!! As of right now, I really really really really want to serve God in the workplace. I'm not sure entirely how it is going to work out, but I really want to do what this lady (I don't know if I should call her lady or girl.. she was 18 years old?) did - change the marketplace. change the business industry. who knows, it might not be me, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

How are you to live your life from now on? Live your life for the GLORY OF GOD.
Have the independence, hunger, and thirst for God EVERYDAY.
I really hope, and pray, that this isn't a hype. because that is disgusting. and it is something I truly hate.

sunday school.
God keeps bringing me GOOD STUFF to nibble on. It's like a buffet of His teachings and words and I'm just nom nom nom noming at it. So good. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to dig deeper into what I've learned today, but wow, I had a Q&A session with Pastor Tony Costa! so exciting!! We talked about God's purpose for you, the parallelism with Joseph son of Jacob and Jesus, revelations, sheol and how Jesus went there after His death on a cross, why there is suffering, why there is evil, if God decreed everything before the universe was created, is there free will? and haha, a lot more :)

ahhh, God you are so exciting!

so what can i say? except to offer this heart completely to you LORD.
