day 262. (wednesday)
exit interview with human resources. I believe, of all the co-ops who received the interviews, were really excited to come back to mnp for their next co-op term. For me personally, hahaha, I was like :\ Call me free spirited (?) but I'd like to go elsewhere for more experience. however, if you take in factors such as secure position and the no workload of job search again, its pretty obvious that you'd stay with the same company. Similarly, what are the chances that I'd get another good co-op term? I don't necessarily want to go to the big 4, cause they're really big (haha.) but I haven't had all the experiences with both tax and audit, which mnp offers. I know my family other than my sister wants me to go back to mnp. hahaha, enough about this. Day of love, finished a personal tax return for this guy from waterloo...heheheh, we are the same age! except he is almost a year older than me, and his name sounds really coooool and buff, hahahaha! and he is starting his co-op term :o it was pretty cool when I was emailing his dad for information that was missing and his dad added that, that his son was starting co-op and I wanted to write back "we're the same age :D and I'm also in co-op!"...but how would the dad feel if a co-op was doing the return, haha! good times.
day 263. (thursday)
God awed me this morning. I woke up to see my room really bright, which always cheers me up because it doesn't seem gloomy. As I went out of my house, it was pouring. Personally, I don't really like heavy rain; I always feel like something's wrong or that God is upset (especially with thunder and lightning) or something is not good. I get really uptight and well, scared. In any case, as my mom was driving me down to work, I looked up the sky to see one of the most beautiful images: grey clouds clearing away, but as they were clearing away, you could see the white puffy clouds behind it, with the sun shining brightly. I thought of this at the moment: the arrival of Jesus. Matthew 24 (Please read). In those days Jesus spoke about in Matthew 24, before Jesus returns back to earth, it will be dark. But in the midst of all the darkness or grey clouds, when Jesus returns, he will return with great power and glory (Matthew 24:30b). The way I see it, it was like what I saw this morning, when the dark clouds separated from one another to have this beautiful bright white cloud, looking so beautifully and majestic. hahaha, Jesus will restore the light we need. Praise God! What a wonderful day of love God has shown me.
