when marks don't translate into the effort you've put into something

:( when marks don't translate into the effort you put into studying - it hurts.
hahhaa, I actually shed tears when technically its not THAT bad. Well, it is to me. I wonder if I just set high expectations. But when I was thinking about it, it reminded me of my conversation with Jorge - do your best. Specifically, this part:

"I try to do the best I can (thought I fail many times, and rely on God's grace), and if things work out, praise the Lord. If things don't work out, I still praise the Lord, because I know He will provide a way if He wants me to do something else."

Well, technically the latter part is talking about something else, but in this case, in any circumstances - whether I receive a "poor mark" in my eyes, I will continue to praise the Lord.

PRAISE THE LORD!!!

I don't want to study.
