funny thing; I went onto my gmail account to see an advertisement about IT Governance! haha, clickstream tracking much? (chapter 13, e-commerce)
haha, the board and executive management are responsible for IT Governance govern three things (evaluate, direct, monitor) and has five domains (strategic alignment, value delivery, risk management, resource management, and performance measurement). unfortunately, i had to look at my notes for that :( ahhhh!! too much, too much.
