I recently found out that my co-worker goes to church. My reaction to this was !!! REALLY??!!! :O I couldn't really believe it. Thinking back, I remember talking to another co-worker and he asked me if I went to church. I told him yes and he told me he goes to church too. loool, I think I had the same reaction, except he actually saw it on my face. It surprises me because I wouldn't have known. Their actions (speech mainly) do not stand out to me as a Christian. But then again, just because you go to church does not mean you're a Christian. Even if I'm surprised, I'm really happy and thankful that my co-worker goes to church and attends fellowship, especially if they haven't gone before. It just makes me wonder whether there are more co-workers that go to church, but I just never knew about it. It then makes me wonder whether I stand out as a salt and light in the workplace - can people tell that I'm different? That I'm a Christian??
As of now, the workplace does appear to be really dim to me, but it may be getting brighter instead by God's grace and doing.
