SONshine camp :)

day 168.

Today I got to work with children from different ethnic backgrounds at SONshine camp. haha get it? SONshine, SUNshine? haha. It's pretty cool. Sonshine camp is led by Toronto City Mission, and it was a pleasure serving with the leaders!! They are so energetic. Insanely energetic. By 12, I think my team were out of energy and we all wanted to nap -.- but the Sonshine leaders kept on going; haha good for them (y).

The funniest thing about Sonshine camp was that leaders can't use your real name; you have to come up with a camp name. I think josh is gonna enjoy this, but my name was DORITOS! hahahh. classic. :) and it caught on pretty quickly (being chased by children that "want to eat me") :|

But anyways, today was definitely a blessed day. I think we were tested by God too - being patient, smiling non-stop, yelling so the kids could hear you, and having A LOT of energy. IT'S GREAAAT! :) hahah I really like it; I'm just so pooped from it (I even missed out on a get together - I last minute bailed out, so bad ><), I just wanted to be alone, atypical me :)
