God is love.

day 51.

had lunch today with james and juan!!! we went to mikey's eatery and filled our stomachs with lots of laughter, discussion, and of course, yummy food :) It was just a great time talking to the two guys about my relationship with God, how I've changed and such. And it was satisfying, the discussion we had - the song 'how can I keep from singing' by Chris Tomlin was playing the background, and wow, PRAISE GOD! that a restaurant is owned by Christians and they are given the freedom to play Christian songs and it is just uplifting to hear the songs playing in the restaurant. I imagine if UW students and employees notice the peace and comfort the songs bring :) it's just amazing and, PRAISE GOD.

I also managed to sneak in a workout today with sam ho. a 30 minute one and woooow, my abs (or to be abs) are hurting a lot and we worked on our legs (gaaah). no pain, no gain.

Frosh cell. it was the last frosh cell of the term :( but I'm blessed to have met all these wonderful friends - friends that love Jesus just as much as I do, and ones that go out of their way to love and care for me. I Praise God, jane and cwang shared today - and I definitely felt God's presence there in room 2134 (i think its that room). Some things that stuck out:
josh lo:
be anchored in God's word.
Read the word, Know the word, Love the word, Live the word, Spread the word. YES, do absorb that - it was really inspiring - thanks josh lo! thanks for sharing!! and your nano-story! :)
joses wong:
don't rely on each other. it is YOUR relationship with God. Others can support you in your walk with God, however, in the end, it is your PERSONAL relationship with God.
don't be a hermit. V.v.V don't stick within your Christian bubble; however, you should go and meet and get to know those that are out of the ccf circle. Those that weren't given the opportunity of knowing God.
elena wang:
patience and perseverance. you need to be patient and trust in God and believe that God is in control and that He has a plan for you. You may think your plan is greater in the short-run, but in the long-run, God's plan is much more b-e-a-utiful and fulfilling for you - if you are willing to wait.
Thanks to everyone and upper years for sharing and coming out to frosh cell - many thanks!!
Josh K. and I then treated all the committee members coffee from timmy's. just an act of love showing them thank you in taking the initaiative in serving ccf and God :) you guys rock!

and now, I'M AT WESTCOURT. I'M AT WESTCOURT. I'M A REBEL. I'M AT WESTCOURT. and joses and I reunited our anime-obsession of keroro! kekekekkekekekekeke. tamatamatamatama. hhahah! good times joses, good times :) episode 10! hhahhahahaha ohh man, just a lot of fun hanging with everyone here at westcourt!!! It's definitely worth not sleeping and hanging out here; mah joh, settlers, storm troopers nobody song, keroro, the walk with joses to rev and back, and just watching people do their stuff (laptops and such, guitaring and whatnot)

PRAISE GOD. PRAISE GOD. PRAISE JESUS. AHH I LOVE YOU JESUS!!!
