Mourning into Dancing.

day 9.

This morning was not a typical morning. I woke up to the sound of my sister crying and my dad showering. My sister's friend, Chilie, passed away. She had lung cancer that spread really fast, and the treatment made her weak. I don't know why this happened to her, but in the end, I think this is all in God's plan. Whether we realize it or not, even if its hard to accept death of loved ones, God has a reason - but we just don't know of it. I pray that her family will be strong and remember that God is here. For in John 14:1-6,

'Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house there are many dwelling places. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, so that where I am, there you may be also. And you know the way to the place where I am going.' Thomas said to him, 'Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?' Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'

God is just amazing. He has already prepared a place for us, one that we'll enjoy and love! And I praise God that Chilie knows Him, and through Him, I am certain that she is with Him right now and smiling. How great and awesome is our GOD!! (Praise #9) And so I'm trying not to be down, but be happy, because I know where she is right now - with our LORD ALMIGHTY. Praise GOD!

I couldn't really follow the "Love does not boast" cause well, it doesn't really apply to me, or at least, not today. but today, I got into a heated conversation with my sister over wiping the placemats and table. It was such a useless argument. And yet I had to fight with her. And even when we were both stubborn, I just left it alone and just forgot about it. My love to her was that it is useless to argue over one small thing, especially if it makes us mad. So I just stopped talking and cooled down and got us both ice-cream! YUMS! red bean ice-cream is the best! its sososso goood! hahaa yums, I should go get some later!

Also, today I met up with frosh cell people and it was fun! haha THANKS guys and gals, it was nice meeting up :) keep studying for midterms! hahah and of course relax!

and mr.AWESOMENESS is sick :( I pray that he'll heal well and grow (since he wants to!) feel better!
