day 19.

Today, Chile suffered from an earthquake, magnitude of 8.8. It seems like natural disasters never stop - Haiti still recovering from its shock and now Chile. And this makes me think of the end times - where "Nations will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains" Matthew 13:8. And it's true if you think about it, everyday, we're THAT much closer to the end of the world, and it'll be unfortunate if I didn't do my part in telling people about God. And when I see Him, He could say, Doris, why didn't you go tell this person about me? ahh and then you feel guilty, but there's nothing you can do now; so I need to GO GO GO GO GO and tell people the good news! (Matthew 28:19-20) Time is running out!!!

Other than hearing about Chile's earthquake, today was Chilie's funeral, and it was good to hear that Edwin was doing okay. In fact, He's better! Just shows how prayer is powerful and God's comfort is. Praise God :)

I also praise God, for blessing me with friends that care about me. It shows that I'm not alone, that really, a lot of people share the same feelings as I do, and so, thanks Derek, Josh, Jenny, Milton for talking to me about my troubles - it made me feel much better :) THANKS!

and THANK YOU WESTCOURT! and upper years! the food is super duper yummy and choy was REALLY GOOD. I feel the veggie within me. hahahha! And many thanks to Sean, Rosanne and Tyler for buying me bubble tea! it was really delicious!

my act of love today was hugging my mom and kissing her, thanking her for coming in. I haven't been calling home as much as I had before, I think I call zero times a week. haaaah. But my mom is always so happy in seeing me, just seeing me makes her day. So I hugged her in the hallway, where my floormates saw me, but it didn't matter - hugging your mom feels sooo goood. Thanks mommy! ♥
