happy one month!

day 31.

wow. Happy one-month, "my life, God's way"! It's officially a month since I started blogging about how God has been leading my life, and in fact, today marks the day of making my blog known to people that know me. I'm actually quite scared, since I don't remember half of what I wrote, so I'm sorry if I upset anyone! Really sorry! (i think that's my disclaimer, huh)

today was relaxing. PRAISE GOD! it was sooo nice out and sunny and warm and beautiful and bright and clouds were puffy and the sky's blue - OH SO NICE! I had prayer meeting this morning and it was tough for everyone to make it. so God, give us a nudge or kick our bums so we can get up and go to talk and pray to you. Like Jenny said, it's the appointment we made with God and so we should make the effort to making it. We shouldn't have God wait for us to talk to Him. SO CHALLENGE - come out to tuesdays and thursdays 8:30am for prayer meetings at slc second floor ON TIME; I will be providing breakfast at timmy's for whoever is coming (or wants breakfast)!! soo come out!

act of love 31. Every thursday, or known as pick-up-the-garbage day, is where one of our housemoms pick up the garbage from our floor. She goes into each individual room to pick it up and replaces it with a new garbage bag. so nice. So today, I felt like taking the garbage to the corridor to ease her energy in knocking the door and then transferring the energy in getting the garbage (hahah conservation of energy! am I right?) And when I saw her, I said hi, how are you doing and just really, (its true!) smiling makes someone's day that much better! taking the time to just asking how they are can do wonders. can do wonders. so YAY GOD! So coool how He loves us unconditionally! GOD IS SO GOOD.

so I was basing this love challenge on 1 Corinthians 13, and I just realized that I forgot to go back to it, so here's my next love challenge of the week (or next week):
"It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps not record of wrongs"
- 1 Corinthians 13:5
how interesting. It is not easily angered - I think it's gonna be hard; especially since I'm going back home. It seems like I tend to be easily angered with my family and nicer to my friends - i should be equally loving to both. but don't get me wrong! I LOVE my family. it's just, sometimes, my patience level within my family is lower than the patience I have with friends. gotta work on that! (easy to say, hard to do.) BUT WITH GOD, JE PEUX LE FAIRE! :)

yeee, PRAISE GOD. HALLELUJAH!
