day 25.
Harambee = Let's get together. This Swahili word stood out to me today. Everyone always get together. it's something that we do naturally (not naturally naturally, but we do meet up) - whether you are meeting up with a friend to walk to class or going to eat yummy food. And that's what you do at felly too. You meet up with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ and to not only bond, but to worship God. We get together to pray. We get together to worship. We get together to rock out. We get together to weep. We get together to live, laugh, and share. And it feels good knowing that there's a family to support you and take care of you. so PRAISE GOD!
vingt-cinquième jour de l'amour.
I had my first DG with Salina and Diana! woooooo! it was fun and yummy! and it was nice sharing with one another - sharing about hahhahahaha mmmmmm. On our way back to dc, Salina and I were trying to give the $22 we were supposed to pay for lunch to Diana, she didn't accept it (thanks Diana! for treating Salina and I, many thanks to you!) :), and we happened to pass a man sitting on the ground. He asked us if we had any spare change, and since Salina and I didn't want the 22 bucks, we gave it to him. (Salina's so awesome!) So we made someone's day, well maybe for lunch and dinner? hahha, other than that, I also made a card for Clarissa. She's such a great older sister in felly and I just wanted to thank her for everything (cupcake keychain) so THANK YOU! thank you thank you thank you thank you! and PRAISE GOD :)
so HARAMBEE! Let's get together to praise God! :)
something else that's on my mind. oh my, i started itching myself again -.- which reminds me, I pray that salina's eczema won't become worse and that both of us won't itch tooo tooo much!
