day 22.

PRAISE GOD! Today was absolutely wonderful! The skies were filled with clouds and the sun was shining brightly, and it felt like SPRING. I felt like going to the playground and hang on the monkey bars, and just take a nice walk outside. So Thanks God! for giving me such b-e-a-utiful weather today - I definitely treasured it!

Act of love numéro 22.
Love is not self-seeking. love no seeking. No seeking self-love. Today during lunch, I went downstairs with my roommate to get food - I had cereal and white chocolate strawberry shortcake. oh my, the cake, is so good. so good. soo good. So praise God for having the company make that delicious cake!! As I was lining up to pay for my cereal and cake, the person in front me forgot his watcard. watching him look for his watcard, I had a thought - why not make his day and pay for him? And so I offered and paid for his lunch - and it was definitely worth it. His genuine (haha yes) smile and thank-you just made me smile and I thanked God that I was able to ease one of his worries of the day (hopefully he found his watcard for dinner!)
I then went back to my room and decided to throw the garbage and recycling out. I think my roomie forgot to throw it out, and so I made the effort of going down the hall and throw it out - and she thanked me for it! and it felt goooood doing something nice for others!! And then we tried to vacuum (epic fail). I think its broken, it didn't work when I was trying to vacuum - go figure. As I went to the washroom to wash my hands (pet peeve) after throwing out the garbage and whatnot, I saw my floor's "housemom" and I started talking to her - about the gorgeous weather, how she was, and it was fun. I then thanked her for cleaning the washrooms and all the other duties she has - hahah the washrooms are sometimes really icky and she has the guts to clean it!! haha thanks Diane!!

Let everything that has breath PRAISE THE LORD! (yes, that means honking geese too!)
